Is there other people leaving near London and using/discovering Fantom? Just to know as we can, perhaps, meet up sometimes...
Brian / Andy, are you planning to visit London also in the near future? Can be nice to meet up, or perhaps you can promote Fantom at some London Java Community...

I'm not in London, but I do think that creating local groups for this kind of this might work very well (as Ruby has done).
I don't think I'd have too much luck making a group in my area, though. Still, I'm trying to spread the word.
London's a much bigger area, and I think that may be a great place for you to start a group for Fantom. Good luck!

I'm based in London and would attend any event. I'll also be at QCon in my capacity as Java JSR-310 spec lead, followers of Java closures and general loud mouth. Specifically I'll be on a panel on Thursday evening at 6.30 (JavaWUG).
