When I run jstub on the sys pod do I get the following error:

You can't jstub the sys pod because its essentially already jstubbed as sys.jar since its written in Java already. Might be nice to have a nicer error message though.

Speaking of jstub could you please add jstub unix launcher? The one you posted a while ago works fine.
