How do I maximize an fwt::Window? I could set a very large size, but that is not exactly the same thing. For example, see java.awt.Frame.setExtendedState(int). Also, is there a way to indicate which buttons (minimize, maximize, close) to display in the window frame?
EDIT: Ok, I could use Monitor.bounds or screenBounds for the size, but the issue remains the same.

Think that is just something missing from fwt::Window API we need to add

As strange as it sounds, I rather like reading these ticket messages.

This reminds me how do we minimize/maximize window in JS and HTML5?
