I made a change in tip for the next build to not output newlines after WebOutStream.li and liEnd. That newline whitespace has caused me quite a bit of grief with CSS, and always have to revert to manually writing the closing element.
I wouldn't expect it to effect people the other way - but if you see something fishy with your lists - check if you need to back in some padding/margin.
