I logged in to reply to 1 of the topics I raised this morning but wasn't able to reply since it seems that I was automatically logged out when I opened the topic. However when I return back to the overall list of topics it states again that I'm logged in (shows Logged in as mase).

Some additional info. After I raised this topic I was sudenly able to reply to my previously logged ticket. Small hick-up?
