In '%FAN_HOME%\etc\web\config.props' you define the proxy like
proxy=http://{host}[:port]
But how do you specify the username and password if the proxy requires authentication?
I am asking this because I'm having problems to install Tales Framework from behind a proxy. Please see my question in Tales' forum for further detail.

Nope not on my roadmap, but would be happy to work with someone if they wanted to provide a patch
