The software running fantom.org has been upgraded! The original site was built in 2008 and has been running off a fairly ancient version of Fantom. This new site is powered by a more robust framework which is also powering a couple other sites such as http://project-haystack.org/ and http://skyfoundry.com/.

The new user database uses your email account as your username for login. Also we store the passwords digests in a more secure fashion so everyone will need to reset their password.

To get started on the new site:

1. Reset your password via http://fantom.org/user/reset using your email address
2. Use your email address and new password for all future logins

If you have an old user account without an associated email address or need any help getting your account working please email Andy or myself. We can both be reached via our first name "@skyfoundry.com".

This is a lot more, um, blue! Cool.

One thing I did notice though, is that the forum URL has changed:

http://fantom.org/sidewalk/ --> http://fantom.org/forum/

Which means all the current inter-forum links in previous topics now return a 404. I don't suppose they could be migrated or a URL redirect be set up?

Hi, just to say that fandoc hyperlinks such as [now]`sys::Duration.now` don't resolve to URLs in Preview mode - which makes it tricky to assert they're correct until you post the comment for real.
