When creating a new directory in the NavBar in Flux, the directory doesn't appear until Flux is restarted.
Additionally, renaming a directory in the NavBar causes trouble too. The renamed directory appears under the same name. If you click and tried to refresh that directory, Flux throws an exception.

It does actually create the new directory and do the rename - the problem is that we don't monitor the file system for changes yet.
So in the tree you can just do a right click Refresh. Or if you are in the file manager you have to manually refresh.
Getting that fixed is pretty much top of the todo list.
