Any chance of getting the documentation in PDF format?

Hi Dave,

Sorry but we don't have any mechanism to compile the docs into PDF.

The original source is in Fandoc which is then compiled into HTML. Although it would be very cool is someone created a fandoc-to-pdf compiler.
